✶ Where this comes from
The morphing here is a descendant, not an original. JanusNode is
Chris Westbury’s text-generation environment, and JanusNode Reborn is
its browser rebuild — the TextDNA core kept, the Markov machinery and side
systems set aside. Named rules, reusable word lists, weighted choices, a few handy
transforms. Generate useful nonsense.
The JanusNode Reborn skin in the picker is named for it.
The link encodes the entire prompt. Anyone who opens it gets the script imported automatically.
Settings
Stored in this browser only, and shared with the main game —
enter it once and both pages have it. Get one at
console.anthropic.com.
With Azure set, ▶ uses neural voices and reads translations in
the right language. Auto picks the voice from the language of the text.
Test speaks in whichever language is set under Translation, so you can hear Auto working.
Used when no Azure key is set, or if Azure fails. Azure is always tried
first. Browser voices vary by device and rarely cover every language.
Pre-selects “Translate to” on the run bar, and is shared with
the main game. Translation uses Claude, so it needs your Anthropic key.

The prompt itself is untouched — this only changes the name in the picker.
